Right. Well Non The Wizer has been a band for about a year or so now. At first the band consisted of Jack and Nathan. Nathan knew he was going to be our bass player since day 1. How or why i dont know. Jack, at first ,was going to play guitar and started asking about lessons at school. He never actually got them but soon a place opened to learn drums so he decided he'd take that up instead. After about a month or something, Nathan got bass lessons and became really good rather quickly. SO, the band was left with 3 problems to think about. Who was going to sing? Who was going to play guitar? Wot name would we have?
At first , the band was going to be called "The wasted". The name came around pretty quickly when "the used" video came on scuzz and the word of the day was 'wasted'. So, the idea of the band starting got around a little until it came across our good friends, Budderick(bud aka david)and kez (kezbo aka kieran). Bud was learning guitar and being a good friend of kezs for a while we knew he was a good singer. So Jack and Nathan asked them to join them in the journey of making solid rock-out music. Time passed and after practising on the lower years school site, we moved on into year 10 on the upper site. Jack, Nathan and kez picked music as an option but Bud didnt. Moving on to the new site we met a new music teacher. Mr Povey was taking us for music this year. Previously we had Mrs Spencer who helped us a bit when we was staying behind after school practising, but the real work started with Mr Povey. One afternoon Nathan broke the idea of a practsing session after school and he agreed. He helped us learn and perform to perfection our first song 'somewhere down in fullerton' originaly by allister. Scott came around when we came up with the idea to ask him if hed join us. Kez asked him and he replied "yeah............if you pay me"lol. We wasnt that desperate so we just took it as a no. Later on we asked again and he agreed hed come to a practise. That practise rocked and then he became scott: wrongly accused/ non the wizer guitarest. So we got to do about 6 shows in total at school and have performed to at least 1200 people in 1 day. Talk about jumping in at the deep end. sO, thats us. U have now offically been historified (not a word) cya later yallz.
